Organic Montepulciano D’Abruzzo DOC
Intense ruby red wine with some delicate shades of violet, tending to orange if aged. The smell is intense, tenuous and pleasant while the taste is dry, delicate, savoury and slightly tannic. It is produced from a well-thought out selection of grown on a hill and organically treated Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, fully respecting environment and human health. The selected grapes are then promptly pressed, ready for wine-making using cold fermentation technology.
It is recommended to serve at 10-20°C and it is suitable for first courses based on ragù and second courses based on boiled meat, braised meat, roasts, seasoned cheese.
