Organic Trebbiano D’Abruzzo Superiore DOC
Straw yellow wine, with delicate smell and dry taste, although not excessively acidulous. It is obtained from grown on a hill Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes, which are organically treated in the full respect of environment and human health. The making of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Superiore wine requires both a smaller production of grapes per hectare and higher wine standards. The grapes, which are harvested by hand, are promptly pressed and after that they proceed to cryomaceration for a few hours, before being softly pressed once again. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.
It might be advisable to serve at 10-11°C with starters, first courses and grilled fish, but it is also suitable for first dishes based on legumes, other than grilled vegetables. It is also excellent to drink between meals.
