The bottling operation
The last step of wine-making is the bottling, a very delicate and important operation. The rules are: high levels of hygiene, trying to keep the air out of the product. We do this operation with special machines that guarantee product integrity: filling, labeling, capping. In fact, on our labels, there is a clear written statement of wine’s origin. Production, processing and bottling all takes place in our company which means warranty, trustworthiness and high quality.
