Organic Trebbiano D’Abruzzo DOC

Straw yellow wine, endowed with a winey, pleasant and delicate smell. The taste is dry, savoury,  velvety and harmonic, though not excessively acidulous. It is produced from a strict selection of  grown on a hill Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes, which are organically treated in the full respect of environment and human health. Once harvested by hand and promptly pressed, they proceed to cryomaceration for a few hours, before being pressed again.  Alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.

It is best served at 10-11°C, with fish starters, legume-based first courses, grilled vegetables, sea fish second courses and egg based dishes.
